The Rainwater Observer

Rainwater harvesting is more than gutters and a tank.  This video shows how large scale water catchment design can be used to rehydrate, desalinate and bring arid land back to life. The author uses earthworks such as swales to capture rainwater and permaculture principles to increase the soil’s water retention capacity.
